The Tour Continues

Folk, wats good. Just got bac from a great trip in Memphis, TN and I must say Memphis is off the chain. Spent two nights and two days in a hotel in Germantown near Cordova on the east end of Memphis (but only a total of 10 hours at the hotel all weekend.) I visited my man @ Southland Mall who informed me that a new artist in the area wants to hook up with a member of the MAD MAN staff for drinks and conversation. I told my guy thats wats up.

While in Memphis I talked to some cats downtown and they were anticipating the Retros & uptowns coming out later next month which are going to be hot. They were also requesting some freaked forces before the festivities of Memphis in May pop off. I told them I will have them taken care of by mid April.

Looks like it is going to be a busy next two months so I need to get started.

Oh yeah stay posted for some new customs which are going to be posted soon.

These joints have that ABA slash Dr. J slash afro feel. The picture was taken by a cell which compliments the shoes exclusiveness. Red and blue has always been a great combination I have admired since I witnessed those ole ABA/NBA basketball highlights. My favorite, Dr. J. If you are into retros you have to love and admire that era.

Easter & St. Patrick's Day Force 1's

Checking out my fam @ kicksaholic.com I found these pictures displaying two of the hottest AF1s this year. Great paintings which were used for the inspiration behind this years stand out forces. The Easter joints are already being rocked by many sneaker fiends and the St. Patrick joints will follow. From my man @ Nike, the color way on the St. P AF1s my be changed slightly from what the picture above displays. Both of these are hot and will make many sneaker heads fiend.

Wats good fam! This weekend was tite! Handled some biz before gettin on the road. I woke up at 6am Saturday and called my guy who manages a store that would be carry the DMP pack. As expected he was already on his way to his store for the 7:00am opening. He said people offered up to 5 hundred dollars for the package before the release date. Of course my man declined but created a lottery which was just as effective. He was excited about the day and told me he already purchased his pack.

Around 8 am after sending a few text messages to our network fam in the A (Atlanta) regarding a new project we got under way we got on the road and headed to the East St. Louis. The purpose of the trip was to network and met a client about a bid. We do not want to jump the gun but stay posted.

Back in Cashville it is 1030pm and it begins to rain. I checked my text messages and found out one of our shoe providers received new equipment that will take our product/service to the next level. Stay posted.

Also I have to prepare to create some custom black on black Forces for a cat from Virginia. A picture will be posted as soon as they are completed.

On a personnel level, I am going prepare for the super bowl in the A.

Green Sensation

This post we introduce the Green Sensation AF1. One of our largest clients was interesting in something basic but very neat. We sketch a beginning draft and instantly demand was created.

14 hours later we have one of customs finest. The smooth coat blends well with the leather appealing to all. These are hand painted with
4 coats to maximize texture and life span.

Splash AF1 (Green Yellow & White)

During this time of the year graffiti, air brush, and splash affects come out of the wood work. These were created over the weekend by request. Splash is the special effect that is created by painters when they paint. The best things in this world sometimes happen by accident.
